Before two AI tools can continue the same work, they need a useful starting point. Create a short work brief that names the task, its constraints, and the next decision.

Choose one task that can move between tools

Pick work with a clear next step. For this course, use a product landing page rather than a large, open-ended project.

Write a brief in Timeline

Include the goal, constraints, decisions already made, and the immediate next step. Save this example as a memory, or adapt it to your task:

Landing page work brief

Goal: prepare a six-section landing page for Atlas, a team planning product.
Audience: operations leads at 20–100 person companies.
Constraints: plain language, no unsupported claims, and one clear call to action.
Already decided: lead with less status chasing, then show the weekly planning flow.
Next step: draft a six-section page outline.
